Our very first profile is The High Dive Grill By The Bay . You may have noticed that Rosaria's Pizza on the corner at 1801 Morena Boulevard closed within the past year. The new owners have completely remodeled the property, turning the aging pizzaria into a classy new neighborhood sports bar and grille with an outdoor patio.

Their October 1st grand opening was predictably delayed by the San Diego Building Department, but they were ready for opening day on November 1st.

You may order and dine either inside the grill or outside on their sidewalk patio.

Sports events are broadcast on large flat panel TV's inside the bar and grille area.

The High Dive menu offers a wide selection of food items, including hamburgers, steak, chicken, fish, and daily selections by the Chef.

One of the new owners, Chad Cline, is also an artist and Web designer. He designed the High Dive logo that is prominently featured on the new sign over their front door and on their business literature.

The High Dive Grill is open from 8 am to 12 pm Sunday through Thursday and from 8 am to 1 am Friday and Saturday.
